"Despite the cold weather of the off-season, we had a fabulous time at the cottage.  The
multifuel stove and DVD collection ensured that we never ventured far.  The entire home
has been tastefully and efficiently decorated and we truly have had no complaints.  North
Wales is hauntingly gorgeous and we look forward to a return vacation. Thank  you very
much."  C & E.  Middlesex

Lavander Cottage was perfect. Everything was as described and the extra touches (fresh flowers, wine and
cakes) made it welcoming. Everything had been thought of, down to a wok, all the books, DVDs and games
for children (and adults). We have stayed in numerous cottages but found Lavender Cottage to be well above
average. The bathroom would compare quite favourably with good hotels. This was the perfect location for
touring North Wales and if the weather is kind as it was for us, there is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the
sunshine after a tiring day. All in all a perfect place where you can do as much or as little as you want.

The cottage is delightful, very comfortable with little touches that made it special. Having stayed in numerous
cottages over the years we are quite particular. It was immaculately presented and I loved the Welsh cakes that
were left out for us on arrival (and a bottle of wine). There was something for everyone to do. Plenty of room for
parking, and such a peaceful location. Wrexham is not far for those that like the shops. The description was
exact and very clear. We were lucky with the weather but the cottage is so comfy that we wouldn't have had a
problem had we had to stay indoors.

We have enjoyed a comfortable stay and found some new places to visit, Erddig is excellent,
beware of soft sand at Talacre.  Eating out was good at No. 56 High Street, Mold if you fancy fish
particularly.  The Aquaduct is quite something, caught the bus from Llangollen to Trevor, then
walked the towpath back, a good 4 mile walk.  The Jacuzzi bath was good!

The cottage was lovely and cosy, lovely beds very comfy.  We would recommend the cottage to
family and friends.  Very clean and tidy.  Loads to do in the cottage, for meat, veg and dairy etc to
the Farm Shop.  We would like to thank the owners of Lavender Cottage for a lovely stay.

Very comfortable cottage with all amenities needed.  We highly recommend the Britannia Inn just after
the Horseshoe Pass for pub meals and Sunday lunch!  Would come back again.

We have had a wonderful week in this lovely cottage.  Everything we needed was provided - a
beautiful, well equipped cottage.  The area is beautiful and we have enjoyed new discoveries.

Loved the Jacuzzi - so relaxing.  Such a shame it has to come to an end.

We had a lovely Christmas week here and loved the cottage.  We didn't need anything more.  The
countryside here is lovely and we especially loved the drive through Snowdonia.  We will certainly be
coming back again.  Thank you.
